Join us! Contact Laura Bouyea for more information. Meetings occur roughly every other week from September to May.
Volunteer with us! Enthusiastic, positive volunteers are always needed to plan and lead activities (about 3-4 hours per week). Volunteers must participate in Girl Scout training.
About Girl Scouts & Brownies: Girl Scouts provides opportunities for girls to develop self-confidence and leadership skills through group activities fostering mental, physical, and social growth. At meetings, the girls participate in arts & crafts, sports, and learning activities planned and prepared by the scout leader. The Cathedral also has two active Brownie troops that provide an opportunity for second and third grade girls to learn life-skills and participate in activities such as community service, cultural events and camping.
About Cub Scouts: Pack 1000 is sponsored by the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen and meets monthly at the School of the Cathedral. We currently have 56 boys/families in grades 1-5 in our Pack. We have a great program planned each year!
About Boy Scouts: Troop 1000 is dedicated to delivering high adventure to boys between 11 and 18. If you’re interested in camping, fishing, sailing, canoeing, hiking, exploring, horseback riding, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors, please join us. We also devote ourselves to serving our city, our church and our neighbors. We meet weekly at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen.
