Engagement and interaction with parishioners is important. Encourage parishioners to reach out to others if they don't know them Provide educational opportunities so that individuals can learn more about their faith.
Greeters at all Masses with nametags- leaders- (they are knowledgeable to direct someone who has a question to the right person)
Provide a logical way to get information out.
Utilize the website - inform more people about the website.
Support diversity recognize different ethnic groups
Identified Hospitality Committee Member.
Need to develop a way to attract High School Youth and College aged young adults - to encourage them to want to attend Mass functions where they know their friends are participating.
Have events or ways for 20-30years old young adults to meet and develop new friendships or relationships.
Create a community-building strategy; Systematic way to create this starts from within.
Understand constituencies.
