How to view the PowerPoint (PPT) Presentation

You do not need to have the PowerPoint program to view our PPT presentations. When you download the PPT presentation, be sure to make note of where you save it on your computer so that you can go back to it.

If you do not have MS PowerPoint software or if your version of the software is not compatible with the version used to make the PPT file that you are trying to view, download the PPT Viewer: pptview.exe.

If you use a Mac computer...

Microsoft used to have a PowerPoint 98 Viewer for Mac, but it's out-dated and Microsoft has not made an updated one available. Our PPT presentations will probably work on your computer if you have "MS Office for Mac". If you do not have this software suite and don't want to purchase it, we suggest these solutions:

• Try Open Office, a free equivalent to MS Office.
• You can also view PowerPoint presentations in gmail or Google Docs. However, this requires you to be online.
