Requirements

The Sacrament of Confirmation marks an important moment in the life of a Catholic. It completes the initiation process that began at Baptism, and it launches one into an active life as a member of the Catholic faith. It is an exciting time of growth, responsibility, and commitment.

There are a number of components to our Confirmation program. If you are interested in having your child confirmed next year, it is assumed that your child is a practicing Catholic: he/she participates at Mass every weekend and he/she is continuing to learn more about the Catholic faith in a formal Religious Education Program.

The basic requirements for the Preparation for Confirmation are:
