Adopt-A-Family for Christmas

If you'd like to adopt a needy family this Christmas, please fill out the form or call the Parish Office.

If you are unable to shop, you may send a check payable to CMOQ and write on the bottom of check "Adopt-A-Family Fund." Mail form and/or check to the Parish Office, or drop it in Sunday Collection Basket.
