Mass for the Sick

All are welcome to attend a Mass for the Sick, every fourth Friday of the month at 5:30pm. Blank “petition slips,” on which congregants list the names of the sick, are available at the entrance to the Chapel at 5 pm. The completed “petition slips” are brought to the celebrant at the Offertory and placed on the altar. Note: There is NO anointing of the sick at this Mass.

Normal Parish Center and School office hours resume

Beginning August 28, the Parish Center will be open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The School of the Cathedral will resume normal office hours as well.

Archdiocese of Baltimore School Convocation

We are excited to share the day with Archdiocese of Baltimore faculty and staff to kick-off the school year with the annual convocation.

Labor Day Hours & Mass Times

On Monday, September 4 (Labor Day), the Parish Center will be closed. There will only be one Mass, at 8:15am.

Catholic Scripture Study Sign-up Deadline

The Catholic Scripture Study Program of CMOQ is a group of men and women who meet once a week in a Cathedral meeting room to discuss the basic teachings of the Catholic faith, not only to  deepen their understanding of the faith, but also to inspire one another to faith sharing, fellowship, personal transformation, and discipleship.  Rediscovering the Catholic Faith is DVD driven study using materials for an adult study program which is thematic in presentation of what Catholics believe…

Nun Run

The Little Sisters of the Poor host their 4th Annual NUN RUN on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Cathedral of Mary our Queen, 5200 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21228. Sign Up Weekend for Arise Together in Christ

Cathedral Parish is beginning a new process called ARISE Together in Christ this fall. This is a total parish experience designed to spiritually renew us while providing opportunities for us to grow in faith, service and community. Briefly, ARISE is a small group experience in which parishioners of 10 – 12 per group have the opportunity to speak about how scripture affects our lives. Homecoming Concert

Homecoming Concert | 4:00pm to 6:30pm Sing praise and worship with the Community Concert Choir of Baltimore whose mission serves to preserve and promote the sacred music tradition of the African American Church. 6:30pm to 8:00pm All are welcome to attend a fellowship reception after the concert in the tent on the front lawn. Reception is sponsored by the Community Concert Choir of Baltimore and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
