Welcome!

On behalf of Archbishop William E. Lori and members of the Cathedral parish, I welcome you to the “parish church” of the 500,000 Catholics of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Besides serving the larger community as the Catholic Cathedral of Baltimore, this magnificent edifice is the “parish church” of a thriving community of 1300 families.

Tuesday, March 7

Monsignor Robert A. Armstrong

It is with sadness but with the hope of eternal life, that I announce that Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Armstrong went home to God this afternoon. Msgr. Armstrong faithfully served the parishioners of the Cathedral of Mary our Queen for 25 years as its Rector from 1984 to 2009. Funeral arrangements are pending and we will keep you informed as we are updated. Eternal rest, grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. Rev. Msgr. Richard W. Woy March 7, 2017
